The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® is one of the most advanced single-head heat presses. It offers the ability to print large volumes with 100% precision. The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® boasts countless advantages, making it unique and the best in its class.

Air-Powered

No manual pressure is required to operate the Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ®. With just a push of a button, you can close the press and print onto your textiles. After the set time has elapsed, it opens automatically and swings to the side. Ready for the next print? Simply activate the foot pedal, and the heating element swings back to the starting position.

This swing-away function also ensures a heat-free workspace for the user. The Air Fusion IQ® is also equipped with Auto-Adjust Pressure, which automatically adapts to the thickness of your textile - whether you're printing on a T-shirt or a jacket.

Digital Displays

When using a heat press, three things are particularly important: time, temperature, and pressure. The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® offers digital displays for all three, making it possible to print more precisely and efficiently than ever before.

No more guessing thanks to pressure displays, accurate to the bar. By using a compressor, the pressure setting of the Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® is 100% precise. Textile finishing to perfection: time, temperature, and pressure are fully controllable with this pneumatic heat press.

Smart Heat Press

The Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® is a smart heat press. The intuitively operable touchscreen panel makes it particularly easy to access the Fusion IQ® Controller. Use this feature to access pre-programmed settings that preheat the press to the perfect temperature for your individual print job.

The Fusion IQ® Controller also allows you to keep track of your machine's productivity via a WIFI connection. Access user statistics or use the self-diagnosis function of the Hotronix® Air Fusion IQ® with this feature.
