Providing digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is made available to you via a link sent to you by e-mail and your customer account.
This e-mail with the access data for the delivery of the digital content will be sent to you within 24 hours of completing the order.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place
in Germany within 1 - 3 days,
for deliveries abroad within 1 - 7 days
after the contract is concluded.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in one consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
